MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
First, let me formally introduce myself. My name is Alana Mahar and I’m currently the new President of Graminia Community League. We have an all new executive this year and I am looking forward to working with you all.
I would like to thank former President Fred Whiteman for all that he has done for the community, and the many hours that he has put in over the years. I would also like to thank Colleen Chorzempa, Lucille Cameron, Nan Shearer and all those who have held league positions, for all the hard work and many volunteer hours that they have put in. The new executive has some big shoes to fill!
An upcoming event to mark your calendar: May 5, 2012 from 11 am to 3pm is the Graminia Community League Kids Carnival. There will be games, prizes, concession and much, much more. For the adults, join us that night for a fun and entertaining evening. It’s our Spring BBQ and Event Night. Cocktails at 5:30 pm, supper at 6 pm, TV game show, silent auction and dance to follow. Tickets are $30.00 per person. This event will be a sell-out so get your tickets ASAP!

Feel free to come out to our regular monthly meeting held the first Tuesday of every month. We are open to new ideas and always welcome new members. If we all work together, we can make Graminia a fun and enjoyable place for all!|
